preparing to live in Phuket Hostel

Today when I started bicycling from Fuglestad to Brusand I tried to brake, and had to turn backwards almost 360 degrees, before it stopped without letting me get any brake effect.
And the second time it moved about half.
The third time the distance to move the pedals in order to brake was about half of the second time.
Yesterday, or maybe Thursday I also noticed a sound from the rear wheel making me wonder if the balls in the ball bearing soon would come out again. I avoided hitting the road with my knees. I moved to the left side of the road, where the snow was not pressed flat by the car tires.
I had eaten fish cakes with green mashed peas, boiled carrots and potatoes with brown sauce. I hope that the home-made fish cakes did not contain any fat or bacon from pork. On Saturday I noticed acne on my throat and brow. So I am not sure...Only those who have made them knows.
